Champlain Valley Family Center offers specialized residential support for individuals in recovery through our OASAS Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) Housing Program and Transitional Support Units (TSU). These services provide safe, stable, and recovery focused environments designed to help individuals build independence and successfully transition to long term housing and community-based care.
Our MRT Housing Program includes five single occupancy apartments for individuals with a substance use disorder who are experiencing housing instability. These units provide:
