Connie Wille has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Champlain Valley Family (CVFC) since 2000. During her tenure, the agency has expanded from three programs to eleven programs. This growth has been driven by her commitment to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals and families across the North Country, a history of strong community collaboration and the dedication of CVFC’s mission-driven staff. This growth, achieved through strategic investment in strong community partnerships and the ongoing development and support of agency staff. Reflects her commitment to provide high-quality behavioral health services.
Connie holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Plattsburgh and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the Sage Graduate School. Her professional career has been focused in the non-for-profit sector of the North Country.
Throughout her career she has been the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions:
Connie has also contributed her expertise through service on several boards and advisory groups throughout her career. She has served on the Governor’s Advisory Board for Behavioral Health Care Services and the InUnity Board of Directors. She remains actively involved in the Northern Tier Providers Coalition and the Clinton County Behavioral Health Subcommittee.
In her free time, Connie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, boating, and especially enjoys summer vacations.
