This is a residential program for individuals with Substance Use Disorder. Primary responsibility is medication administration, general patient oversight, assisting the RN with triaging for the doctor, and other duties if needed/ asked by Nurse Coordinator or Program Director.
Resident Aides: days/evenings, including weekends (Schuyler Falls/Recovery Campus)
Evening Resident Aid Duties include transporting clients to appointments, working with clients to navigate community resources, completing hourly rounds to help maintain a safe environment, completing notes in accordance with agency and OASAS requirements, working with clients on self-developed recovery plans.
Youth Specialists: Full-time
(Intensive Family Support Program)
The Intense Family Support Program's primary goal is to assist students be successful in school with the support of family/guardians and School District personnel. You will communicate with interested parties including schools, parents/families, legal entities, and social service representatives to provide support and case management. This position includes providing transportation to kids and their families, and facilitating extracurricular activities for the clients.
*Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED for this position. Knowledge of community resources is preferred.
Prevention Counselors: Full-time (
Prevention Program)
Responsibilities include:
- Delivery of Evidence Based Curriculums
- Individual counseling
- Small group facilitation
- Data collection
- Record keeping and maintaining accurate and confidential client records- Community Outreach
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
