Champlain Valley Family Center’s Recovery Campus (CVFC-RC) provides Stabilization and Rehabilitation services in a Residential setting in Schuyler Falls, NY. This is an Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) certified program. The facility has 16 beds to serve men and women, age 18 and older, who have an identified substance use disorder and are in need of a more intensive level of care. Champlain Valley Family Center's community center is a stigma free, safe setting that is not only for individuals, but their families and the community. All Ways to Recovery is a centralized location to provide education and guidance on: accessing health care coverage, advocacy services, connection to treatment services, local health care providers, self-help programs, education and/or employment, and developing healthy leisure skills.

Denis King obtained his Associates degree from Johnson and Wales University and has been working at CVFC since 2013. Since his employment, Denis has earned his Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC), Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA), and Credential Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor-Trainee (CASAC-T). Denis is a trainer for Peer Engagement and Recovery Services in the areas of: Recovery Coach Academy, Ethics in Recovery Coaching, Recovery Coaching in the E.D., SOAR, Peer Supervision, Recovery Basics for Parents, and Professionalism and Recovery Coaching. Denis supervises the Peer Engagement and Recovery Services available through CVFC.
